Retrieve bookings
GET /push/webhook/pushbook/retrieve
Pull reservation data for a property within a date window. Use when your integration prefers pull over (or in addition to) the push-booking webhook.
Query parameters
| Parameter | Required | Description |
|---|---|---|
hotel_id | Yes | Supplier hotel code |
start_date | Yes | Range start YYYY-MM-DD |
end_date | Yes | Range end YYYY-MM-DD |
Confirm with onboarding whether the range filters by booking created date, stay dates, or another rule, and whether pagination applies.
Response
Success responses include hotelId and reservations.reservation[] with the same general structure as the Cron job – Push booking webhook payload (guest, room, price, payment details).
Availability
Confirm this endpoint is enabled on your contract and environment before building production pull logic.
When to use pull vs push
| Approach | Best for |
|---|---|
| Push webhook | Near real-time PMS updates |
| Scheduled cron push | Catch-up / batch processing on your side |
| Retrieve API | Reconciliation, backfill, or partners without inbound HTTP |
